The cold recycling machine, which is highly praised by customers for its fast construction speed, high efficiency, minimal weather impact, stable performance, and wide application, has a footprint spread throughout the country. How much do you know about this device? Below, the rental manufacturer of the cold regeneration machine will talk about the installation steps of the motor and reducer combination of the cold regeneration machine.
Step:
1. Start the equipment and move it to the selected site. Take out the spring pin of the rotor cover, and then place the rotor at a low point. Remember not to suspend or exert force, which may cause the pin of the boom oil cylinder to not be removed and the oil pipe may be in danger of pressure relief.
2. Remove the protective cover of the oil pipe and rotor motor.
3. Disassemble all 6 oil pipes from the motor to the working pump at the connection point of the boom, and seal all interfaces tightly with toilet paper and plastic tape to prevent dust and debris from entering. Remove the connecting steel pipe.
4. Remove the bolts from the motor and remove the motor, taking care that two people must handle it gently.
5. Remove all connecting rods of the rotor housing and remove the pin shaft.
6. Remove the bolts connecting the two large arms and the fixed crossbar, leaving only four on both sides.
7. Remove the four bolts connecting the crossbar and the vehicle body, and mark the upper and lower parts for easy installation.
8. Use a crane to hang the large arm on one side of the rotor and the pin shaft on the back of the motor on the other side. First, lift as much as possible and move it to one side. Then, hang both steel wire ropes onto the side where they come out and drag them outside.
9. Remove the sliding shoes and lift out the rotor cover.
10. Remove the bolts at the connection between the boom and the crossbar and rotor, lift out the boom, and place it aside.
11. Remove the fixing screws of the reducer and insert a pry bar into the shaft sleeve to press it down. Use a crane to lift out the reducer and place it aside to check for any leakage.
12. Release the two oil plugs of the gearbox and drain the waste oil. Since the two oil plugs form a 90 degree angle, when filling new oil, the oil filling hole must be kept at a high point on the basis of the reducer placed horizontally until the observation hole leaks oil, and then the oil plug is wrapped around the Thread seal tape and tightened. If the oil plug is of the type without an 'O' ring, it is necessary to apply sealant on the outside of the Thread seal tape and observe whether there is leakage after 12 hours.
13. Reverse the above steps to complete the installation.
