A bulldozer is a mechanical device consisting of a tractor as the driving force and a bulldozer with a cutting blade; Used for clearing land, road structures, or similar work. Below, the cold recycling machine rental manufacturer will explain some relevant knowledge about bulldozers to you!
A bulldozer is a short distance self-propelled shovel transport machine mainly used for short distance construction operations of 50-100m. Bulldozers are mainly used for excavation of road cuts, construction of embankments, backfilling of foundation pits, removal of obstacles, removal of snow, leveling of sites, etc. They can also be used to complete the shovel transportation and stacking of loose materials over short distances.
When the traction force of the self-propelled scraper is insufficient, the bulldozer can also serve as an auxiliary shovel, using a bulldozer plate for pushing operations. The bulldozer is equipped with a scarifier, which can loosen hard soil, soft rocks, or chiseled rock layers of Class III and IV or above. It is used in conjunction with a scraper for pre loosening operations, as well as hydraulic backhoe excavation devices and auxiliary work devices such as hinge plate towing, to carry out excavation and rescue towing operations. Bulldozers can also use hooks to tow various towed tools (such as towed scrapers, towed vibratory rollers, etc.) for operation.
The use of bulldozers is very extensive, and they are one of the commonly used operating machinery in shovel transportation machinery, occupying a very important position in earthwork construction machinery. Bulldozers play a huge role in transportation construction such as highways, railways, airports, and ports, as well as in mining, farmland renovation, water conservancy construction, large-scale power stations, and national defense construction.
Maintenance is a form of protection for the machine. In addition, during the maintenance process, we can promptly identify and solve some problems to avoid unnecessary accidents caused by machine problems during work. Before and after work, the bulldozer should be inspected and maintained according to regulations.
During the operation process, attention should also be paid to any abnormal situations such as noise, odor, vibration, etc. that occur during the operation of the bulldozer, in order to promptly detect and solve problems, and avoid serious consequences caused by minor faults. If the technical maintenance is done well, it can also extend the service life of the bulldozer (lengthening the maintenance cycle) and fully utilize its effectiveness.
Although bulldozers may malfunction if used too long, and fault handling is relatively complex. However, in the process of use, as long as the equipment is operated, maintained, and maintained strictly according to the operating, maintenance, and upkeep procedures, and problems are found and dealt with in a timely manner, it can effectively reduce bulldozer failures.
