Spread additional materials on the construction section and prepare cold recycling machinery and equipment, including water tankers, cold recycling machines, milling machines, and asphalt tank trucks. Accurately connect the oil and water pipelines. After the mechanical equipment is connected, its performance should be checked before proceeding with road maintenance construction.
The leasing personnel of the cold recycling machine remind you that when the recycling machine is in place, taking into account the driving speed requirements of the road engineering maintenance section, the old road surface will be scarified and cold crushed, and stabilizer will be added for sufficient mixing.
During the process of road milling and material mixing, both the water truck and the recycling machine should be operated simultaneously to ensure that the water truck is in neutral position. Under the action of the water hose, it should be connected to the recycling machine and injected with water to ensure sufficient water resources for mixing.
During the mixing process, the recycling machine should maintain a constant and slow speed, and the recycling construction speed should be controlled between 4 and 10m/min.
During the driving process, it is prohibited to suddenly increase or decrease speed, while ensuring a uniform and continuous driving process. A dedicated person is arranged on the construction site to check the operation status of the regeneration machine, inspect the quality of road maintenance construction, promptly identify problems and make adjustments.
In addition, the inspection and Computerized maintenance management system of the mechanical equipment of the cold recycling machine should be strengthened in the treatment of the transverse joints of the pavement in the maintenance section to avoid Halting problem during the construction process. If there is a Halting problem problem and the shutdown time is long, when the regenerator is restarted and put into construction, all the regeneration equipment shall be returned to the section 1.5m where the regeneration construction is completed, and then the material spreading and construction shall be carried out again.
In the treatment of longitudinal joints, if the longitudinal width is within 7m and there are many overlapping parts in the longitudinal direction, half width construction cannot be carried out. Therefore, a full width construction method can be adopted to strictly control the overlapping amount, improve construction quality and efficiency.
In general, the overlap width should be controlled between 50 and 150mm, and if the interval between adjacent operations is more than 12 hours, the overlap amount should be appropriately increased.
When handling at the turning point, it is necessary to ensure that the mechanical equipment is on the compacted road surface before turning around and strengthen the protection and management of the turning operation section. For the 8-10m stable layer to be turned around, linoleum paper or plastic cloth shall be used to cover it, and then 10cm thick soil shall be paved, turned around and cleaned. If there are any other matters, please come to our website http://kqj188.com Consult!
