While doing a good job in road maintenance, we should also maintain the road construction machines, which can extend the service life of the machines. Let's listen to the maintenance methods of the cold recycling machine rental manufacturers.
Reasonable use of asphalt equipment, to maximize its potential, is the demand of highway mechanization construction enterprises, and maintenance and repair is the necessary premise of mechanical efficiency. In recent years, our unit in highway mechanization construction, according to the "use and maintenance of equal importance" principle of management, changed the previous construction only pay attention to the use of machinery, do not pay attention to mechanical maintenance, many easy to find problems are ignored, as a result, some small problems of equipment into major faults, some even scrapped in advance.
This not only greatly increases the cost of mechanical maintenance, but also delays the construction, and some even cause engineering quality problems. In view of this situation, we formulated and determined the maintenance content of each shift in the mechanical management, and urged the implementation. At the end of each month, mandatory maintenance of asphalt equipment is carried out for 2-3 days, so that many faults are eliminated before they appear.
The rental manufacturer of the cold recycling machine said that the residual cement concrete in the asphalt equipment should be removed after daily operation, so as to reduce the abrasion of the mixing knife and prolong the service life of the mixing knife; The dust of all parts of the whole machine is removed, and the lubricating parts are filled with grease, so that the lubricating parts of the whole machine are in good lubrication condition, and the wear of vulnerable parts is reduced, so as to reduce the mechanical failure caused by wear; Check the fasteners and vulnerable parts, find out the problems and solve them in time, so that some faults can be eliminated before they appear, so as to prevent them; The average service life of asphalt equipment can be extended by 800 hours, and the mixing knife can be extended by 600 hours.
