This kind of machine is used to break the old cement pavement and directly use it as the base or subbase without removing the damaged cement panel. It not only saves the cost of subgrade materials and transportation, but also achieves the purpose of environmental protection and energy saving.
The particle size of the broken cement pavement increases gradually from top to bottom, the upper small particles are compacted to form a flat surface, which is easy to spread, and the lower large particles form an embedded structure with high strength, which is an ideal method for the renovation of the old cement pavement.
In situ cold recycling technology is to use cold recycling machine to break the old asphalt pavement and part of the base under normal temperature, determine whether new aggregate needs to be added through screening test on the original aggregate, and then add a certain proportion of stable lime and water to mix fully, and then roll to form as a new tomb layer or middle and lower layers. After the completion of the preparation of the regeneration machine and supporting equipment, the construction conditions are ready. Before the formal construction, the following preparations should be made for the regeneration unit:
1. Check the function of all the mechanical equipment needed in the recycling construction;
2. Check whether the water or stabilizer of each equipment can meet the needs of the construction of the recycled road section;
3. The push rod is used to connect the regeneration unit in place;
4. Connect all the pipelines connected with the regenerator, discharge the air in the spraying system and ensure that all the valves are in working condition;
5. Check whether the operator of the regenerator inputs the data related to the dosage of stabilizer into the microcomputer.
6. Whether there are clear guidance signs in the regeneration section, and whether all construction personnel have clear construction procedures.
The preparation of these foundations is fast and simple, and should become a routine work before each construction. In addition to the recycling machine, it is suggested that the leasing manufacturer of the cold recycling machine should check all the auxiliary equipment, machinery and equipment operators to determine whether they have understood their respective responsibilities and how to operate them to ensure the smooth construction of the recycling construction.
