While doing a good job in road maintenance, we should also maintain the road construction machines, which can prolong the service life of the machines. Let's listen to the maintenance methods of the cold regenerator rental manufacturer for the cold regenerator.

Rational use of asphalt equipment to give full play to its potential is the requirement of highway mechanized construction enterprises, and maintenance and repair are the necessary premise to give full play to mechanical benefits. In recent years, our company has managed in accordance with the principle of "paying equal attention to use and maintenance" in highway mechanized construction, which has changed the previous construction that only paid attention to mechanical use and did not pay attention to mechanical maintenance, and many easily found problems have been ignored. As a result, some small problems of some equipment have become major faults, and some even scrapped in advance.
This not only greatly increases the mechanical maintenance cost, but also delays the construction, and some even cause project quality problems. In view of this situation, we formulated and determined the maintenance contents of each shift in machinery management, and supervised the implementation. At the end of each month, the asphalt equipment shall be maintained for 2-3 days, so that many faults are eliminated before they appear.
The cold recycling rental manufacturer said that the residual cement concrete in the asphalt equipment should be removed after daily operation, so as to reduce the wear of the mixing knife and prolong the service life of the mixing knife; Remove the dust of all components of the whole machine and add butter to the lubricating parts to make the lubricating parts of the whole machine in good lubrication condition, reduce the wear of vulnerable parts, and reduce the mechanical faults caused by wear; Check all fasteners and vulnerable parts, and solve problems in time if found, so that some faults can be eliminated before they occur, so as to prevent them before they occur; The service life of asphalt equipment can be extended by 800H on average, and the mixing knife can be extended by 600H.
