1. The on-site monitoring method for the moisture content of the mixture is very good. Grab a handful of mixture with one hand, hold it firmly, and then let it fall freely to the ground. Normally, flowers will be scattered immediately, and there is no small mass inside. Through repeated tests, the critical water content between the loose and agglomerated ground is the very good water content, which is generally 1%-2% more than the very good water content on the test sheet.
2. When the construction water tanker stops, it must leave the paved road surface of the cement that has been constructed or to be constructed, so as to prevent large local water caused by water leakage.
3. When parking construction vehicles, the first pre working face of the first section of the next day must be staggered to prevent delaying the artificial cement paving of the next day. Construction vehicles should not be parked on the completed road. Prevent and destroy the new structure and affect the later watering and curing.
4. Avoid the mistake of "overpressure", i.e. over compaction. If the rolling is continued after reaching a great compactness of the material, the material will be damaged, but its compactness will be reduced.
5. The construction of the cold regenerator shall be completed between 15:00 and 16:00 every afternoon so that the subsequent construction can be completed before dark.
6. After the construction of the cold regeneration rental machine is completed every day and the tool is washed and stopped, the operator shall be notified to carefully check the vehicle condition and replace the tool head to avoid delaying the construction progress of the next day.
In addition, in case of missing strips or jumping in the construction section, the cement shall be manually paved on the cold regeneration area in proportion, and the regenerator shall reverse the operation again. If the missing area is very small, it shall be paved with a place as large as the cold regeneration rotor, which shall be lifted by the regenerator after being hit with a knife. The principle is to avoid more hitting and damage to the completed structure.
The rental manufacturer of the cold recycling machine reminds that if the construction cement has been paved on the road in rainy season and it rains, the water supply for the operation of the cold recycling machine shall be appropriately reduced or stopped according to the size of the rain. After the vibratory roller is used for rapid vibratory compaction, if the mixture is seriously stained with the wheel, the smooth wheel roller shall be stopped after the grader is quickly leveled, and the vibratory roller shall be used for vibratory compaction twice.
