Construction site management runs through the whole process of project construction, and adequate construction preparation is the basis for managing the construction site. Only through adequate construction preparation can the construction unit ensure the continuity, coordination, balance and economy of the construction process of the cold regenerator. The following issues shall be paid attention to during the construction preparation of the cold regenerator:
1. It is necessary to establish a rigorous and standardized internal restraint, assessment and incentive mechanism, manage people with systems and manage the project with regulations.
2. The factors affecting the construction along the project shall be supplemented and investigated, the plane location map shall be marked, and the investigation report shall be made and demonstrated as the basis for revising the construction scheme and preparing the construction control budget.
3. Construction drawings, understand the design intent, clarify the problems in the drawings, and restore the alignment and construction setting out. Encrypt, protect and record all control points.
4. The construction control budget shall be carefully prepared according to the construction contract agreement and site investigation, as the basis for controlling expenditure, cost prediction and analysis, economic accounting and statistics of project progress.
5. Conduct business, technical training and technical disclosure to make relevant personnel have a comprehensive understanding of the technical standards, operating procedures, quality control and data sorting of the project.
6. Establish a site laboratory and apply for temporary qualification. Sample and test various raw materials to be used in the construction, and establish a database of relevant technical parameters.
7. Draw the key process construction process flow chart, test operation procedures, quality inspection and evaluation, measurement and payment, design change, accident treatment and other operation management block diagrams, and put the charts on the wall.
8. Conduct comprehensive analysis according to the construction period requirements, technical standards, mechanical equipment capacity, material supply, natural conditions, etc., select a proper construction scheme and improve the construction organization design.
During the construction, the mechanical combination of the cold regenerator shall be kept relatively stable. Due to the influence of progress, weather and other aspects, when the number of machinery used changes, the site manager must change the machinery combination in time.
