The road sweeper can realize the integration of road cleaning, garbage recycling and transportation. The correct operation is helpful to maintain a high cleaning efficiency and prolong the service life. Inappropriate operation is likely to cause damage to components, which requires frequent replacement, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. Next, the cold recycling machine rental manufacturer will explain a problem to you -- the correct driving of the road sweeper.
1. Before starting the road sweeper or operating the working device, observe whether there are people and obstacles around the vehicle, carefully observe whether there are vehicles and pedestrians coming and going before and after, close the door firmly, turn on the turn signal, and sound the horn to start.
2. When the engine of the sweeper is running, no one is allowed to stand between the front and rear tires of the vehicle, between the boom and the front frame, and at the front and rear of the sweeper.
3. When starting, the water temperature shall not be lower than 50 ℃. Start with low gear to avoid rapid acceleration.
4. No one is allowed to get on or off the road when the road sweeper is running.
5. It is strictly forbidden to drive after drinking. Smoking, eating, chatting, making phone calls and listening to headphones are not allowed when driving.
6. Keep the driving speed at 15/h.
7. When the vehicle is running on rainy, snowy, muddy and residue roads, the vehicle shall pay attention to anti-skid to avoid sudden acceleration and emergency braking, so as to avoid accidents caused by loss of control.
8. Pay attention to the working condition of the vehicle, brake, steering, lighting and other parts that affect the safety. In case of failure on the way, stop the vehicle for inspection, and do not drive at risk.
9. When the road sweeper is cleaning, when the bucket is full, the materials shall be poured out in time. The opening and closing of the upper cover of the bucket shall be slow and uniform to avoid large impact.
10. If there is winding on the sweeping roller of the road sweeper, it shall be cleaned in time to prevent affecting the normal operation of the sweeper.
11. The low height of the sweeping roller of the road sweeper is that the base plate of the sweeping roller cannot contact the bucket, so it should be checked and adjusted in time.
12. Before stopping the road sweeper, it should run at idle speed for 3-5 minutes, and stop the engine after the turbocharger speed decreases.
13. After parking, put each control lever in the neutral position, cut off the power, pull the hand brake, slowly move each control handle, and reduce the residual pressure of the hydraulic system.
14. Close the doors and windows, lock the doors, park in order, and fill in the use record.
If the road sweeper needs to wade, it should use low gear (the sweeper should be connected to the front axle and put into low gear), so that the sweeper can drive smoothly from the shore into the water. The accelerator pedal shall be stable during driving, and the engine shall have sufficient power to avoid midway parking, shifting and sudden turning of the steering wheel.
