How to maintain the cold regenerator machinery before the cold weather? The cold regeneration machine rental manufacturer will explain the problem from three aspects.
1、 Clean the surface
During the construction of the cold regenerator, a large amount of dust will fall on the surface of the regenerator, including pollutants such as oil stains stained during the construction, which will have little impact on the appearance and, more seriously, become a corrosion inducing factor. Clean the appearance of the diesel engine, chassis and working device of the construction machinery, remove dirt and oil, and keep the appearance of the regenerator clean. It is forbidden to use high-pressure and high-temperature water gun to wash parts with high waterproof requirements (especially electrical parts) during cleaning, so as to avoid damage to electrical parts.
2、 Maintain the rotor and its casing and slippers
1. Check whether there is cement scaling on the rotor, clean up the dust in time, and replace the cutters that need to be cut and welded in time;
2. Clean the dust on the rotor housing, and pad the rotor housing 5-10 cm above the ground at the end of construction to prevent rain and snow erosion;
3. Check the sliding shoes, repair the worn sliding shoes, and apply grease on the threads to prevent rust.
3、 Replacement method of gear oil of reducer
1. Site: It is required to have a dust-free and hardened pavement, with an area of about 200 square meters. It should be a warehouse as far as possible, but it should have enough working height and radius of a 25 ton crane.
2. Facilities: One 25t crane (20t is also acceptable).
3. Accessories: 9 liters of imported Mobil gear oil, 10 rolls of toilet paper, 20 plastic belts, 2 waste oil drums, a piece of fastening glue 262/340, a piece of sealant 587, a bag of butter, 20 meters of string, 30 sets of 12 * 45 bolts with nuts, and 10 4 * 30 cotter pins.
4. Tools: at least one set of 10, 16, 18, 19, 21, 22, 24, 30 sockets and wrenches, one quick wrench and one long and short connecting rod, one booster rod, 30 tire wrench, 10 mm hexagonal wrench, two 55 open-end wrenches, one small open-end wrench, one small vise, one hand clamp, one flat screwdriver, one large and small hammer head, two crowbars, equipped with pneumatic wrench and air pump, can improve the working efficiency.
(Inspection of reducer oil level and reducer oil: first cut off the power supply, wait for the reducer to cool down, then open the oil drain plug, check whether the oil is full, avoid oil leakage, take an oil sample, check the oil color and viscosity index, if the oil is obviously turbid, it is recommended to replace it as soon as possible. After the new reducer is used (500-1000) hours, replace the new oil (flush the internal dirty oil), and then replace the oil every 1500 hours, but during the use process, It is still necessary to check the quality of the oil. If the oil is aged or deteriorated, it should be replaced at any time.)
