The cold regeneration machine uses the front and rear frame hinge to realize the whole machine steering. The steering system is characterized by flexible and light operation, reliable work, compact structure, reasonable layout and convenient maintenance. The system is composed of SNP3/38SSC07 gear pump, one-way stable diverter valve, hydraulic steering gear, steering cylinder and other hydraulic components. The work content of the steering hydraulic system of the down cooling regenerator is analyzed as follows.
The working principle of the system is that the hydraulic oil from the oil pump of the cold regenerator enters the single stable diverter valve through the oil pipe when it runs in a straight line. The diverter valve divides the hydraulic oil into two paths, one for the steering hydraulic system with constant flow, and the other for the auxiliary hydraulic system. At this time, the steering wheel is in the middle position, the hydraulic oil from the diverter valve enters the steering gear through the oil pipe, returns directly to the oil tank from the oil return port, and the two chambers of the steering cylinder are closed. When the steering wheel is left or 323
When turning to the right, the high-pressure oil from the diverter valve is distributed in the steering gear to the rod cavity and the rod cavity in the left and right rotating hydraulic cylinders to push the piston to achieve steering movement. If the pressure of the steering system exceeds the rated pressure by 10MPa, the safety valve will be opened and the overflow unloading will protect the hydraulic components; When the pressure drops to the rated pressure, the safety valve will be closed and maintain normal operation.
During the steering movement, if the steering wheel suddenly encounters a large external force exceeding 15MPa, the buffer valve will be opened, and the overflow pressure will be reduced to avoid the damage of high-pressure oil to the pipeline. At the same time, there will be negative pressure in the outer chamber of the steering cylinder. At this time, the oil make-up valve will be opened, and the suction oil will be quickly added into the negative pressure chamber to avoid hydraulic shock, noise, cavitation, etc. When the system pressure is overloaded, the check valve is closed to protect the oil pipe and components in front.
The steering gear has the hydraulic servo function. The steering wheel drives the valve core of the hydraulic steering gear to rotate through one angle, and then the pressure oil enters the rotary valve. From the rotary valve, it enters the feedback motor, and then the steering cylinder. The vehicle has a corresponding steering angle. When the steering wheel stops rotating, the vehicle moves in a circle.
