Reliable recycling machine leasing construction company, how to carry out comprehensive construction of old asphalt pavement cold recycling machine leasing machinery
On the basis of the current comprehensive road construction, we have a lot of technical problems related to roads to solve. Now China is facing a situation of large flow and heavy load in road transport. It is very urgent to improve the use value of highways. So how to carry out the comprehensive construction of the old asphalt pavement cold recycling machine rental machinery? The cold regeneration machine rental manufacturer will explain it to you.
1. The construction principle of cold in place recycling of asphalt pavement is not to restore the damaged asphalt pavement to its original state, which is generally understood, but to rebuild the old surface course and some base course into a new base course (or subbase course) after they are crushed and mixed together. Strictly speaking, this process should be called the in-situ reuse of old asphalt pavement materials.
The working principle of cold in place recycling of pavement is to selectively add appropriate aggregate, cement, lime, fly ash, emulsified asphalt, foam asphalt, water and other external materials on the basis of the original old pavement layer according to the new design requirements. Using the cold in place recycling equipment, it is actually a large stabilized soil road mixer, Milling, crushing, adding materials, mixing, paving and other processes of the old pavement (pavement and part of the base course) are continuously completed on the spot, followed by leveling and rolling, and finally a special graded road base (or subbase) is constructed.
2. Scope of application and advantages of in situ cold recycling. Because the construction of in situ cold recycling is to change the surface course and base course of the original road into a new road base (or subbase), the surface course of the new road should be paved at least on the basis of this elevation. In addition, in high standard road reconstruction, sometimes the recycled layer is used as the subbase, and on this basis, lime fly ash macadam and other base materials should be paved, This makes the reconstructed pavement elevation much higher than the original pavement elevation, and the design structure of the pavement along the road structures will change accordingly. If this method is used in urban road construction, the original drainage system will also be affected. Therefore, this method should not be used for roads with strict limitation on pavement elevation.
Although the application scope of in situ cold recycling is limited by the pavement elevation, it still has many advantages compared with traditional construction methods in most general road reconstruction. Come to our website http://kqj188.com , ask for details!
