If the oil is obviously cloudy, it is recommended to replace it as soon as possible. After using a new gearbox (500-1000) hours, replace the new oil (flush out the internal dirty oil), and then replace the oil every 1500 hours of use. However, during use, the quality of the oil still needs to be checked. If the oil has aged or deteriorated, it must be replaced at any time.)

　　1. Start the equipment and move it to the selected site. Remove the spring pin shaft of the rotor cover, and then place the rotor at the lowest point. Remember not to suspend it or make it difficult to remove the pin shaft of the boom oil cylinder, which may cause danger due to oil pipe pressure relief.

　　2. Remove the protective cover of the oil pipe and rotor motor.

　　3. Remove all 6 oil pipes from the motor to the working pump at the connection of the boom, and seal all interfaces tightly with toilet paper and plastic tape to prevent dust and debris from entering. Remove the connecting steel pipe.

　　4. Remove the bolts from the motor and take off the motor, being careful that two people must handle it gently.

　　5. Remove all connecting rods of the rotor casing and remove the pin shaft.

　　6. Remove the bolts connecting the two large arms to the fixed crossbar, leaving only the four on both sides.

　　7. Remove the 4 bolts connecting the crossbar and the vehicle body, and mark the top and bottom for easy installation.

　　8. Use a crane to hang the large arm on one side of the rotor and the pin shaft on the back of the motor on the other side. First, lift it up as much as possible and move it to one side. Then hang both wire ropes to the side where they come out and drag them outside.

　　9. Remove the sliding shoes and lift out the rotor cover.

　　11. Remove the fixing screws of the reducer and insert a pry bar into the shaft sleeve to press it down. Use a crane to lift out the reducer, place it aside, and check for any leakage.

　　12. Release the two oil plugs of the gearbox and drain the waste oil completely. Due to two oil plugs forming a 90 degree angle, when adding new oil, the gearbox must be placed flat with the oil injection hole at the highest point until the observation hole leaks oil. Then, wrap the oil plug around the raw material belt and tighten it. If the oil plug is of the type without an O-ring, apply sealing glue on the outside of the raw material belt and observe for any leakage after 12 hours.

　　13. Reverse the above steps to complete the installation. During installation, the fixing bolts of the boom, motor, and gearbox need to be coated with fastening glue, and the joint surface between the motor and gearbox needs to be coated with sealant.
