The rubber tyred roller has high construction efficiency and good compaction effect, which has been highly praised by users in the engineering industry. There are many precautions different from vibratory roller and other construction machinery in the use of this equipment. Here we talk about the maintenance of rubber tyred roller tires.
We need to know that the tires often equipped with rubber tyred rollers are divided into pneumatic tires and solid tires, which are different in use. Generally, the impact compaction wheels of rubber tyred rollers will be equipped with pneumatic tires. This is because the four rubber tyred tires of rubber tyred rollers not only play the role of short-distance transportation transfer, but also play the role of shock absorption during construction.
The four rubber tires of the rubber tyred roller jump and jump during the construction process, which has a certain protective effect on the rubber damping on the frame of the rubber tyred roller. Many users do not deal with it in time after the pneumatic tire is deflated or punctured, and they will find that the rubber damping sleeve on the frame will also be damaged soon, which will lead to other problems.
Pneumatic tires are suitable for most impact rolling construction environments, but when encountering impact rolling stone or construction waste, the sharp corner materials of stone or construction waste, as well as the reinforcement in construction waste, are easy to puncture the tires. At this time, it is good to replace them with solid tires that are not afraid of puncture.
The rental manufacturer of the cold regenerator thinks that the solid tire is very easy to use, but it will greatly weaken the shock absorption effect of the tire and reduce the protective effect on the buffer of the frame. In addition, the solid tire will also break off when it encounters sharp corners or strong turning torque.
Due to its large bearing capacity, small and medium tire span, the rubber tyred roller will suffer great torsion when turning sharply, which is easy to be damaged. Therefore, the rubber tyred roller must slow down when turning, and adjust as much as possible to increase the turning radius. At the same time, the rubber tyred roller has a large airborne weight, and the air pressure of the inflated tire should be maintained at about 0.6~0.8mpa. It is also important to note that the driving distance of short-distance transition is not easy to be too large at one time, Generally, it is required to cool the tire for about 3 kilometers, otherwise it is likely to cause tire burst or rubber overheating and softening.
The contact point and rotation direction of the tire of the rubber tyred roller with the ground during the construction process are random, but the rubber tyred roller must follow the principle of staggered rotation and staggered peak rolling during the construction process. Therefore, under this condition, the tire of the rubber tyred roller sometimes "happens" to be opposite to the locking direction of the rear axle locking nut. Therefore, every time you stop to check whether the fastening parts of each connecting part are loose, Also check whether the locking nut of the small wheel hub is loose, and don't forget to check the tire pressure and whether the bearing is hot. If there is a problem, it should be dealt with immediately.
