In fact, during the use of the cold regenerator, a large amount of dust will fall on the surface of the regenerator, including pollutants such as oil stains stained during construction, which will have a small impact on the appearance. What is more serious is that it will become an inducer of corrosion, and so on. Do you know how to maintain it before the weather is cold?
Cleaning the appearance is one of the key points of winter maintenance of construction machinery. Clean the appearance of the diesel engine, chassis and working device of the construction machinery, remove dirt and oil, and keep the appearance of the regenerator clean. During cleaning, it is strictly forbidden to use a high-pressure and high-temperature water gun to wash the parts with high waterproof requirements (especially the electrical parts), so as to avoid damage to the electrical parts.
Maintain the rotor, its casing and slippers. Check whether there is cement scaling on the rotor, clean the dust in time, and replace the cutting tools that need to be cut and welded in time; Clean the dust on the rotor housing, and cushion the rotor housing 5-10 cm above the ground when the vehicle is collected after the construction to prevent the erosion of rain and snow; Check the slipper, repair the worn part of the slipper, and apply grease on the thread to prevent rust.
Inspection of reducer oil level and reducer oil:
The rental manufacturer of the cold regenerator reminds you to cut off the power supply first, wait for the reducer to cool, open the oil drain plug, check whether the oil is full to avoid oil leakage, take an oil sample, and check the oil color and viscosity index. If the oil is obviously turbid, it is recommended to replace it as soon as possible. Replace the new reducer with new oil (flush the internal dirty oil) after use (500-1000) hours, and then replace the oil every 1500 hours. However, in the process of use, it is still necessary to check the quality of the oil, and replace it at any time if the oil has aging and deterioration.
